3. Wait for a reply e-mail from us. Please change your e-mail account settings to exclude our e-mail address (onelittleduckshop@gmail.com) from your spam box. The confirmation e-mail will list your order, the total payment amount including shipping costs, your details, and our bank account number.
4. Bank in your payment to our bank account, and send us proof of the transaction (e.g. screenshot, scan, photo).
5. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an e-mail notifying the date we ship your purchase out and your purchase's tracking number as provided by Pos Malaysia.
6. Please inform us once you have received your purchase.
